Great result. Red meat for the forum regulars! 🥩
You mean the same forum regulars who BW are slagging off on their website as "non-qualified armchair lawyers" who apparently dish out poor advice in Roh*n K's desperate gaslighting propaganda on BWs website !?  What sort of Dogs**t firm does he run when his qualified experts and clients are repeatedly being spanked these amateurs!? They might as well give back their degrees!

The bulk of the money his firm collects is through aggressive, intimidating, gaslighting and threatening letters which the government will hopefully be banning soon!  He and his colleagues are an embarrassment to the legal industry!!

Well done on a great result and getting a great judge. I bet BW won't be putting this in their news section.

Make sure you leave BW + Armtrac reviews on Google and Trustpilot mentioning the site name as this will help others as it will come up high in search engine results.

    Well done  👏  Justice ⚖
Have just left reviews for both Armtrac and bwlegal - both companies do get a lot of bad press - how do they attract people to work for them?🤷‍♂️

There are always people in life who care more about the typical parking industry trophies of money, supercars, horses and yachts than they listen to their conscience.

    If they have one.

Today I won my dispute with bwlegal (representing KBT Cornwall t/as Armtrac Security Services - !!!!!!) where I was taken to court for the non-display of a car parking ticket in August 2020 at Swanpool car park, Falmouth in Cornwall. The case was decided at a telephone hearing this morning hosted by the County Court at Worcester. I made 5 points in my defence - the judge never got past my first point before deciding against the claimant and striking out the case. Not only was 'unreasonable behaviour' cited against bwlegal (they never turned up and were represented by an adjudicator), but I I was also awarded total costs of £387.50.
A shout out to !!!!!! and bwlegal for their totally unreasonable behaviour throughout. They are both morally bankrupt.
Congratulations! I have just had a Court Letter recommending mediation with bwlegal and KBT Cornwall instead of going to a final hearing. Is this what you were offered too? I am wondering if I should not go for mediation and just wait for the hearing?!

It is always advised to say no to mediation.

It not suited to parking claims as they will want most of the claim. More suited to an insurance claim.
