You can't have an 'average use' in £'s. You either spent that amount, or you did not. Post your actual kWh usage if you want proper advice.

Hi Liz - hopefully you've now worked out how to reply to a thread on a topic you have already started -  for avoidance of doubt though scroll to the bottom of the thread, there is a box there  to type into, and when done you can just hit the "post comment" box which probably appears in pink. Hopefully a board guide or one of the forum team will be able to clean the other threads up a bit! (Try to only use "create post" when you want to begin a new discussion on a different subject though!)

I am a bit unsure what your question is @liz503?

The fix you have been offered 2 weeks ago was already borderline to being interesting.

The new fix is almost £1000 per year more expensive, so I am almost sure it will not worth it. And yes the supplier can withdraw an offer whenever they want, it is up to you to act fast if there is anything that might be worth it.

As written earlier in one of the other threads there is a 14 day cool off phase, unfortunately you were not aware of it.

We've attempted to merge all of @liz503's threads into this one.

Liz, welcome to the forum. @EssexHebridean has posted some excellent tips above about how to reply to an existing thread without starting a new one.
