Yep...which is what the NEWBIES thread SAR section tells people to do already.Roadie said:Why doesn't the keeper just send one mail to the G24 DPO stating both the SAR and the Erase request?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you wish, but you are making the assumption that the DPO can handle two things at the same time!Roadie said:Why doesn't the keeper just send one mail to the G24 DPO stating both the SAR and the Erase request? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The keeper spoke to the store manager who's response was simply, its not our car park, the 90 minute time allowance is clearly stated and I can give you the G24 contact details.0

Go higher. Phone customer service and speak to a manager there or head office. Tell them you spent X amount of money in their store, show them receipt of goods as proof, and tell them you've been penalised for giving them your business! And that you would not be conformable going back if every time you go you're at risk of getting a parking ticket and that you'd be forced to take your business elsewhere! Tell them the store manager was unwilling to help you. They can cancel it, that manager is just being difficult, all they have to do is E mail the parking company, sometimes you just have to speak to someone else who is willing to help. Good luck.Roadie said:The keeper spoke to the store manager who's response was simply, its not our car park, the 90 minute time allowance is clearly stated and I can give you the G24 contact details.2 -
Definitely go higher, ideally the CEO, but do it in writing. A 'phone call is not worth the paper upon which it is writ.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Will do, but the driver was only window shopping0

I am assuming the keeper and driver and all members of their family have since decided not to purchase anything from Wickes in the future as a result of the PPC's behaviour, and the inaction of Wickes.
I think the CEO of Wickes might like to know why sales are dropping at that particular store.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yeah agreed with @Fruitcake definitely get confirmation in writing, especially once they have agreed to cancel it, verbal won't necessarily be enough if it advances to court but sometimes hassling these people on the telephone puts immediate pressure rather than a letter which they can put off. Ideally do both!
