Got you. Sorry. Long week! Gladstones Solicitors Ltd is regulated by the SRA. I guess it is they who I'd need to complain to.

Case 2 is now with debt recovery (Gladstones), according to PPE, although I haven't heard from them.

That's good news. In our experience, their court claims and WS are particularly weak.

Good, because I'm getting a bit stressy now. I've just had the letter from Gladstones about the second one, when the machine didn't dispense anything. I shall now file my complaint with their regulator. What should I do if their system fails to register my Pre - Action Protocol appeal again? I had a receipt for it last time, but they couldn't see it. I emailed it to them, which may have been a mistake...

There's no such thing as a 'Pre - Action Protocol appeal'.  What do you mean?

Did you see the letter I wrote for someone yesterday to DCBLegal at this stage about the PAP?

No link (we don't do that here on this board, because this is a case where research and confidence on how to use the resource of the forum is key to success for defendants).  Go find it - in my replies dated yesterday.  No idea which thread, sorry, but it's obvious and starts 'Dear Sirs'.

You can adapt that if you want to say something robust and ask for evidence.

No need, you are now dealing with probably the most incompetent legal in the UK who invented the great IPC/IAS scam ...... GLADSTONES were recently fined with costs some £30k for dodgy dealings by the SRA.

Don't stress when you are dealing with fools
  • Some news on this. My MP replied to my email and has been talking to them on my behalf for the past few weeks. I had been hoping they had decided to drop it all after all. They responded to my MP to say that they are still sending me to court.

    Is this Walton Wilkins?

Where are the car parks? There have been many other cases on this forum for Walton Wilkins. He has been beaten on numerous occasions.

His car parks are badly maintained and the signage is not up to much.

"Basically, I paid for a Pay and Display ticket but the machine didn't dispense anything."

It sounds like one of WW's coin eating machines.
