    Just thought to see if that department has had a look at my account and in chat just now agent says
    "I have checked the terms and condition of code and can see that the first 100,000 customers that receive the email and choose one of our qualifying fixed tariffs will be awarded a £130 (plus 5% VAT) bill credit.
    Please allow up to 46 days after the 14 day cooling off period, for the credit to be credited to your account after your new contract starts. If you are eligible, it will be applied in your account after next 2 weeks."   Must have copied and pasted info.
    I guess theres no notes on my account about an offer.
