KeithP said:Whilst you are writing to the head of the hospital's Trust - as suggested by @Fruitcake this morning - you might want to send a Freedom of Information Request asking the Trust why they felt the need to request extra signs and ask for a copy of the Trust's request to Wise for those extra signs.
Again I appreciate all the help I'm receiving.

If you reply to Wise Parking, tell them that you know the IPC do not audit signage and do not make site visits.
In your complaint to the CEO/Head of the Hospital Trust, (you WILL be sending a complaint won't you, not just relying on PALS?) tell them that the parking company they have employed is unregulated, and the IPC is not a regulatory body, merely an old boys club paid for by parking companies to support their own interests. Also point out that the IPC do not audit sites, and they do not visit them, and their code of practice is advisory, not mandatory.
This is why the UK government has introduced a new parking bill, and intend to introduce a new mandatory code of practice to regulate this industry referred to as rogues, scammers, and bloodsuckers by MPs across all parties in open parliamentary debate.I married my cousin. That's far more important than replying to Stu.
But why not have some fun and ask him what happened to his Directorship at 3D Parking and how the heck a brand new firm with next to no trading history managed to walk into NHS Parking contracts:

You might want to ask the CEO of the NHS Trust the same thing...and ask why they let Wise rock up with inadequate signage in the first place...did they put the contract out to tender or, if not, why was this contract awarded to a firm with zero background or client list?PRIVATE 'PCN'? @Coupon-mad This just gets better and better, you could not make this up. I will definitely be including this in my letter to head of the Trust. Thank you.1

And we know they are also at QE Hospital Woolwich (same Trust?):
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6370939/wise-parking-qe-hospital-drop-off-area-night-time-pcn/p1
At QE we hear that someone connected to Wise Parking is lurking around the drop-off bay for A&E, and taking photos to issue (later by post, in typical rogue PPC cowardly fashion) 'instant' PCNs with no consideration (grace) time to read signs.
Perhaps even worse than no grace period, there's also no allowance for a driver to accompany the injured/frail/ill patient to or from the doors. Apparently as a driver, you aren't allowed to leave your car, even though the very nature of dropping off and picking up A&E patients involves vulnerable people and those who may need help to walk. Apparently, a patient just discharged from A&E (possibly on medication) at QE Hospital, is expected to walk out of A&E on their own past rushing Ambulances and stand in the rain/cold/heat/dark and wait to be picked up because their family member isn't allowed to step away from the car to locate or assist them.
What the hell is this NHS Trust doing?
Probably nothing untoward but this has made more than one person wonder off-forum, whether anyone behind Wise Parking could possibly be related to the NHS Trust person who granted the contract or something? What we are seeing is that bad. Amateur and aggressive enforcement. Completely unfair terms. Useless signage. An absolute joke, paying lip service to 'managing' this NHS Trust's car parks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
