I think it is very strong, especially if the PPC's photos show where the car was parked. The SIP sign is unreadable as well, including the charge for breaching Ts and Cs, if it exists at all.

There is a sign at the opposite end of the layby as well, but it's facing the other way.

Is it possible to get to that layby without see/passing any SIP signs? (There is no need to answer that question on the forum).

Looking on GSV, it seems to me as though you parked well before the car park entrance where the signs are that tell you that you are entering a car park. Also, the images from June 2021 don't show a sign on a lamppost in either layby. Maybe it was put there after you were issued the PCNs - who knows ?

I do not believe there will be any photos of my car to prove my position as it is an ANPR camera at the entrance.

    I totally agree with @FrankCannon.
What are the dates of your alleged parking incidents?

Interesting to see the sign on the gate too...

Does the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 allow for vehicles to be locked in the car park?

Yes, I saw those. I have no way of proving that that was how it looked when I parked there though :(

Not for you to prove - it's for the Claimant - and anyway the sign in your lay-by offers no contractual terms at all. Your case is eminently winnable.

Does the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 allow for vehicles to be locked in the car park?
Yes. The 'fixed barrier' clause (not in Schedule 4).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Following on from my post earlier with the images, please find 2 further images with signage on the site (not in the lay-by I was parked in).  It should be noted that neither of these signs were visible at all from where I was parked on the days I received by PCNs.  Note the reduction in charges are different on both of these signs.

@Coupon-mad will be interested to see the sign with the early payment charge reduced to £25, as it supports the government's ideas to cap charges at £50 with a 50% discount, and goes against the parking industry's claim that PPCs can't survive with charges at this level, and without the fake add on £60 - £70 admin/debt collection fees.

The first photo shows TWO different parking companies on it; namely, SIP Car Parks Limited and SIP Parking Limited.
