Well done , so happy for you xxx4

Very well done. It's hard to face off these bullies and it sounds as if their representative tried to ambush you with documents that you had not seen before. You did well to hold your own in that scenario. That was a low trick against a litigant in person.
I think you had the same judge as router66 and she seemed a very fair judge and was not happy with the ambush.
It was a sign of desperation by the Claimant's representative to throw in all those old cases at the last minute and they did not butter any parsnips with the judge.
As Coupon Mad mentioned in a previous post you will feel empowered by this experience. I certainly did and I would do it again.

Which "begs the question"; did he mention the court cases they lost at the same site?Snakes_Belly said:Very well done. Congratulations - a fantastic result.
It takes a strong person to overcome their worries as you did. You are an inspiration to us all.9 -
Imagine you are the judge sitting in YOUR court and one of these so called legals pulls this stunt. Would you not think ..."what other courts do is irrelevant in my court"Snakes_Belly said:

But for the defendant it would be helpful to the judge to point out why the claimants had failed and of course the ruling of the Supreme court which the judge should know about already3 -
Well done - knew you would smash it!
That legal rep sounds like a complete joke! Thinking they could suckerpunch you with new "evidence" in the middle of a trial which is against the rules of court as they had months to submit this to all parties! They clearly have no shame, no self respect or respect of authority behaving like this! Absolute unprofessionalism. Am so glad the judge saw through this and saw this fir what it was . Well done to you. Were you awarded costs? You deserve to be for having your time wasted with this nonsense.

Well done. Glad to see you fought through it and won! Gives confidence to the rest of us who are still on the journey! Well done!

I have been back to the industrial estate where I received my initial fine in Bolton since my court case, as I need to visit her with work, and all the signs that were previously there have been taken down?I wonder if my case has had anything to do with this? I will update if I return if they have been replaced with anything else6

It probably contributed to their demise. Excel Car Parking Services who are owned by the same director as VCS have been kicked off a couple of car parks in Lichfield recently.lissylou said:I have been back to the industrial estate where I received my initial fine in Bolton since my court case, as I need to visit her with work, and all the signs that were previously there have been taken down?I wonder if my case has had anything to do with this?
