I am sending you loads and loads of good energy and 'going to win' vibes!
Best of luck, but please get your date correct. I have a court date coming up but its in the future so I'll be routing for you and all the brave ones who are going in soon. Will be looking forward to reading of your day and victory.5 -
Good luck for today. Win or lose, you can be proud of yourself for standing up to a bully.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thanks everyone, you are all so great and kept me going. Sorry wrote Tuesday instead of Wednesday 27th which is correct. I am going tomorrow and will let you all know the outcome
Thanks again9 -
Hit them hard, you're so much better than them. Be proud that you're standing up to a bully who doesn't have the guts to face a Judge themselves. You've already secured the moral high ground on that point alone!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Remember all those good luck messages for Tuesday? Use them for today instead - they will still work.4

Good luck, you're going to win most likely. Just remain calm. You'll feel super relieved when this is over.

I was beginning to feel like you actually as I had a court date tomorrow....but then it got moved. In the end, I actually got angry. I AM angry lol. Because now I have to wait even longer.4 -
I believe this is the case in question:
In the County Court at Manchester
Before: Deputy District Judge F Blakeborough
Court 24 Level 510:00 AM
2 hour(s)
J2GF1291 Es Parking Enforcement Ltd v Sxxxxxxx
Small Claims
In Person
Manchester is very often a graveyard for parking companies. Hope all goes well.
