    What have you removed to reduce it to 'only' 15kwh?
    Again, I do realise 15kwh is a lot a day and am still looking at ways to reduce.

    So far I have turned off timed night lights in the garden/drive, turned off the 40litre water tank, turned off outside security lights, changed all setting of washing machine/dishwasher to eco setting, using drying rack rather than using tumble dryer, changed all light bulbs to LED, kept lights off unless necessary, and turned off all appliances overnight.
    For Gas I have turned off the CH from the boilers rather than just at radiators.
    When I took the Aga out I put in underfloor heating in kitchen & living room. I am hoping to heat our living areas this way this winter and a wood burner rather than radiators.
    Has the outside lighting been upgraded to led? Or on the to-do-list?

    Once you don't need the fans that could be 3kwh less, 70w x 3 x 15hrs a day
    Yes, electricity went up 3kwh overnight so fans were probably a lot of that.

    @Jonesy_40 Lets talk gas.

    Your OVO supply is about 750 kWh / month   - that's 3 times mine - and you have a 2nd metered supply.   At this time of year the only use is how water / shower.

    Treat your meters in the same way as the electric -  read them, same time every day. - and see what the picture is

    I leave mine on at the boiler but with the room 'stat set low so that the boiler doesn't fire for ch over summer (it will for hot water). This way it runs the pump intermittently.

    please please please do as suggested somewhere in the thread and turn absolutely everything off, maybe even turn the fuse box main switch off, and then take elec readings over a period of 2 hours - it should of course be zero consumed.

    I moved into a property and was using 12-15kwh a day, after turning off the main board I could see the meter was still measuring consumption and turned out to be faulty.

    Once changed to a new meter (Smart of course) then I was down to 4 or less kwh per day.

    That's great, i'll give it a go.
    British Gas came on Saturday and changed the meter to a new one so won't be faulty. My average daily usage last year was just over 25 kwh a day (9304 a year) and since Saturday we are using 15 kwh a day so it's definitely all moving in the right direction.

    @Jonesy_40   Do you have water consumption records from your meter  - or pay based on RV ?
