    Hmm. A relative, for whom I set up a small portfolio a few years ago, has just pointed out that I suggested she should sell half of her holdings to cash last October, because she wanted to use some of the invested money soon.

    If only I'd suggested that to myself also. 🙂

    Perhaps 80% was too conservative...

    I'm unable to upload the video, but on Twitter economist Danielle DiMartino Booth is positing that Jerome Powell's aim is to remove the Fed put.  Ie:  the Fed will no longer support the stock market.

    This is in keeping with what he's been saying...

    Ok, not sure why that matters. FTSE 100 total return is still just about positive for the year - one of the better performing for once.
