Just make sure that any Android phone is running the 64bit version of the OS. Many of the cheaper Moto's run a 32bit version even though they have a 64bit processor (even on Android 12). You will get more and more limited on what apps you can run if you don't get a 64bit OS version.
The terms to look for (and avoid) are Android Go or Android Go Edition. Pretty rare outside the cheapest end of the mobile range or those phones intended for less-developed markets.
I can only find two Moto Android Go phones, the E5 Play (2018) and the E6i from last year. There are loads from other brands like Nokia.
