Netflix suddenly in Spanish !?

I watch tv through sky. I do not pay for netflix (how?) but have always been able to watch it by clicking on it (no sign in/password). Last night the 'intro' screen was all in Spanish. It wanted me to sign in. Didnt know I even had a password, so I went for a reset password.(my details showed "no payment information") Signed in with new password this morning.... still all in Spanish... the info and the speech.
How do I change back (to English) ??? none of the 'menu' options on LHS seem to do anything (and why am I getting it for free (or is it some sort of limited access through SkyQ ?)

SkyQ enables you to bundle Netflix in with your Sky subscription so presumably this is what you have done?

As per https://help.netflix.com/en/node/104505?ba=SwiftypeResultClick&q=sky the advice is to contact Sky anyway if you dont know which email address has been associated with the subscription so you can double check with them that you have a bundled subscription at the same time.

I had my Netflix account hacked a few years ago, and whoever was using it didn't do anything other than set up their own user profile - he was called something like Stefan - fortunately it was easy to log out all users and reset the password, but I thought it was right cheeky.
