Do we know they have offices in the UK? Everything on there website points to offices in Spain. Even their ATOL licence is registered with an address in Spain. And if there is an actual opodo business in the UK, is this the business that the OP entered into a contract with? If you book today you're entering into a contract with a Spanish company. (this may have been different when the OP booked a couple of years ago)
