Morning All, back refreshed from a lovely holiday with my kids 

I haven't had anything back from the courts yet, I guess it could be a bit of a wait if they're busy? do I just sit patiently or chase?

I'd phone them. Ask that your email goes into box-work for a Judge to respond.

Did you see the DLUHC has spoken and we have a Discussion thread about the new draft IA and 'call for evidence'?

I'll also ring the courts today, just for my own clarity, whats meant by "box work for a judge to respond"?

Thanks coupon. Second day in the row I've phoned Southampton courts and not had an answer

Good luck with your case. If you've read 69 pages of my drivel and not lost the will to live, you'll definitely be OK.

Managed to get through, they're in arrears at the moment and cannot give a time frame, but confirmed it will be past to a judge. (this post more for my own notes really)
