Yes I have dropped into a few threads to offer support, more on the actual CCJ bits emotionally and when how quick they are removed, rather then the technical aspects which I dont want to give out wrong information to anyone.4

@Coupon-mad did you find time to read my claimants witness statement and skeleton? I'm finding it overwhelming with all the points they raise and feeling less confident as the time approaches0

Just working on possible responses throughout the case, would like your thoughts on the below if its worth bringing up?
The parking code 18.3 states "Signs showing your detailed terms and conditions must be at least 450x450. I've looked back on GM, and the sign is 6 bricks high, and 2 bricks long. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say they've met the minimum size, is it worth arguing they've used the smallest sign possible, and not 1 single millimetre over, and that it is of my opinion this is purposeful? Else why have they now used much larger signs.
I also wanted a close up of the only sign that showed terms and conditions to work out its size from the brickwork easier, but its the only one not included as a close up in BWL WS. Fishy? further goes to selective use of photos used in my case vs an identical case which was the same month, location and year ... tailored AFTER they read my WS which was meant to be submitted after theirs.
Its the sign on the bottom of the above. I'll also try to use their own evidence, highlighting the sign above was the ONLY terms and condition sign, which they've beautifully shown how hard it is to spot.
They're going with signs below, but thats a lie. There was one on the entrance and that tiny one above.
one final point, they've shown the terms and conditions sign in their skelly, but absolutely no proof of its size? should I keep this in the pocket to argue if needed? ovbiously it contradicts the above, I wont use together but I like options. but is the above the valid point, shouldn't they be showing a tape measure against the signs as proof they meet the bare minimal requirements? else how do they prove it was 450x450?
Thank you. Courts next Friday; cant wait

Size isn't everything! Just state the signage is inadequate, leave the micrometer at home. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Wasn't it your case that the entrance was not there that day (we know it sometimes wasn't there over the years, as this place has cropped up before and is memorable for the disappearing sign).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
