Thank you everyone for your help.
I've just heard for our mortgage broker and kemt reliance will be looking at all documents and valuation the first week in September, not sure if that's next week or the week after though thinking about it!

I thought this @festival_flow theybe said ours will be assessed first week September but they've requested more documents from us..

I’ve just spoke to broker said the time scales we had was wrong and we’ll hear by COP tomorrow or Tuesday next week.

I'm just wondering when they ask for extra docs what kind of things have you been asked for? Has anyone needed to show proof of deposit?

We were asked for bank statements for another account I held that bills came out of, as we initially only provided accounts for the ones our wages went in. Haven't had to show the mortgage company proof of deposit, only solicitors asked for this X

I had to send proof of deposit to my broker before full application and then again to solicitors

Thanks guys, we applied on the 1/8/22, valuation was done on 8/8/22 but heard nothing since

We didn’t have to send anything other than proof of defaults settled.
