You must’ve previously received an N157, Notice of Allocation, this would have stated a hearing date/time and directions for submitting your WS.

Is it a single PCN case?
Is your deadline for WS & evidence this Weds?
Remind us about your case.
Don't let on YET that you might not attend, not this coming week anyway.
I suggest you start preparing your WS bundle based on the one by @aphex007 and show us your draft tomorrow if you can.

If you got their bundle a week ago then clearly yours is due. The Claimants obviously know the deadline and had the same court directions as you did. The fact you missed a letter or didn't notice the importance of what it said, is irrelevant to you now. Forget that...The fact is, the Claimant's bundle having arrived signals that you too have a deadline ... and the other side has complied already.
Just crack on and adapt the final version posted by aphex007PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Their witness statement states that because I have copied and pasted from money saving expert that my statement of truth is false!

So paragraph 23 of their Witness Statement states...The last sentence there suggests in the strongest terms that the use of a template is unreasonable behaviour.
Yet when we read paragraph 28 of that Witness Statement we see...Clearly that statement using the words "I am instructed..." is 'not within the knowledge' of the statement writer.
Is that too 'unreasonable behaviour'?
When we look at paragraph 21 we see...The word 'nonsensical' features a lot in Witness Statements written by employees of BW Legal Services Ltd... so much so that one might come to the conclusion - heaven forbid - that BW Legal Services Ltd are actually using a template - a process frowned upon by the Claimant in their very own paragraph 23 (see above).
To use BWL's words once more... is this again 'unreasonable behaviour'?

Their witness statement states that because I have copied and pasted from money saving expert that my statement of truth is false! That's just their own copy and paste template response, seen hundreds of times in the public domain. Respond on that basis. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Could you post a copy of the "letter of authority dated 7th November 2016" referred to in Para 2.1 of the WS between the PPC and John Holman & Sons please.2
