The email I just got informing me of the increase says, for Investec, you can cancel an instruction any time up until 8pm the night before the withdrawal will take place. If you're happy for it to be an "all or nothing" withdrawal, that's fairly easy; if you want to have the ability to only take out some, then I don't know if it's possible, with any provider, to schedule partial withdrawals on the same day.Cambsalex said:
I'm with Investec also. Do you trigger the 90 day instruction immediately so you can move it if it gets to something better after 90 days? I had never thought of that. Can you cancel this instruction at any point?PhilFox1985 said:That's very competitive from investec, and they pass straight through rather than making you switch to a new issue etc. (I belive from prior increases).
I'll be cancelling my dis-investment instruction....and re-starting the clock.0 -
I don’t think it is possible to schedule partial withdrawals on the same day, however the easiest workaround would be to allow the full withdrawal to still go through and then refund back on the same day with the amount you wish to have in the account.EthicsGradient said:

I have 2 partial withdrawals scheduled for the same day on my Investec 90 day account.EthicsGradient said:The email I just got informing me of the increase says, for Investec, you can cancel an instruction any time up until 8pm the night before the withdrawal will take place. If I do nothing it'll be (almost) emptied on the scheduled date. Or I'll cancel one/both if I wish to leave some/all where it is.1 -

I didn't think they did an online version. If my memory serves me well they launched it for post/branch opening/management then withdrew it a few weeks later. The account can still be viewed online but you can't make withdrawals/close it online.ForumUser7 said:

I've checked their news portion of their site - l think they did have both, but they withdrew the e-tracker before the postal/branch trackerBridlington1 said:

My apologies then. The e-tracker must have been withdrawn before I'd originally checked their website so I hadn't noticed it.ForumUser7 said:

Agree, you can withdraw less than the full amount, providing flexibility.Barkin said:

Doesn't have to be all or nothing.0
