  • Good to see some movement on notice accounts. I’d like to see some 90 day accounts start to move again. 🙂

Recently opened an Aldermore Bank Acc.  I don't see much info about it and it seems to have disappeared from ratings.  Has anyone else subscribed to Aldermore Bank?

I've not got a bank account with them, but have used them for savings and found them to be as good as most.

10-16.   Just to clarify, I meant I had opened a savings account with them.  So thank you.
They have only been around since 2009 so relatively new bank.  Their double drop acc was around 3%

We have great news: we're increasing the interest rate on your 90 day Notice Account.

Effective from 01 Jan 2023, the interest rate on your Notice Account will increase from 3.07% AER to 3.20% AER.

We’ll apply this higher rate to your account automatically, so you don't need to do anything.

And don't forget if you don't want to wait to Jan 1st for that new rate you can open a new 90 day account and move the whole sum (incl any accrued interest) across to it (after cancelling any pending withdrawals).  Although you would have give notice again and the earliest withdrawal date would now be 15 March 2023.

it looks as though that rate is already being applied to new accounts now as their site is listing 3.2% as the current rate.
