Just got my OakNorth email. 2.31 to 2.4. Passing on a 0.09% rise on a 0.5% BOE increase feels a bit disappointing tbh. At least they were quick to respond though and it’s better than nothing.0

Hinckley and Rugby Building Society
Saw this one posted by @londoner62 on the regular savings thread.
Not available online, unfortunately, but combines a regular saver with a 30 day notice account at 3.00% variable
May be of interest to some. (Not me though lol)

Shame max balance is 12k. There’s a 5% regular saver available for a slightly smaller balance I think so this may not be that competitive.0 -
I also have account with OakN paying 2.26.. I guess this will become 2.4% 1st Oct.
Have I missed something should my 2.26 be 2.31....1 -
Probably not. They brought out a new issue at 2.31% which only ran for a few days before they withdrew it. Then they introduced another new one at 2.26% I think the previous one to mine was also 2.26%, though I’m not sure. It looks like all issues are at 2.4% now so we’re all on the same rate now. 😊Burcot said:I also have account with OakN paying 2.26.. I guess this will become 2.4% 1st Oct.

I have contacted OakN regarding my issue 20 account paying 2.26%. They have said on 1/10/22 my rate will be 2.40%.0

You should have received an email about this - if you didn't, then check your spam folder and/or log into your OakNorth online banking account and check your communication preferences.Burcot said:I have contacted OakN regarding my issue 20 account paying 2.26%. Not a lot happening in the world of 90-95 day Notice Accounts I'm afraid, just a couple of new entrants but very little in the way of better rates; but since it's a new month, I thought an update would be good anyway.
There's also a couple of 100 day new Notice Accounts, but since they don't offer any better rates, I've left them out. Personally, at these current rates, I don't think any of them are worth the 90 day wait, but here it is.
