Re signature, just sign a blank white piece of paper and take a photo of it and pop that image in the right place under the statement of truth and above the date.

i appologise but i am really struggling with all this. i do appreciate all the help from you good people. So im going to read through it one more time then email it over to the court and the claimant this afternoon.

Yes. Please stick around and regularly monitor the forum. We are expecting the government to release a public consultation document and questionnaire about parking charges in the near future, and we need as many victims as possible to respond..

Ok so I’m due in court in just 2 hours! Been reading through all the paperwork inc my WS and I must again thank you all for getting me to this point. I’m going into the court confident but whatever the outcome is, the help received on this forum has enabled me to stand up and be listened to!
