    Remove #12 (completely) which is irrelevant to your case.

    Change the mention of the BPA Code in para #13, to the equivalent IPC Code (Google it).  Excel are not in the BPA AOS.

    Many thanks, just spotted the mistake! i cant seem to find the IPC code of practice or a IPC list of members. been searching for at least an hour now

    Interesting to see that every page of the IPC's website includes this picture of a DVLA logo...

    Are the IPC perhaps trying to give their operation some kind of legitimacy that they are not entitled to?
    I wonder if the DVLA would be interested in this use/misuse of their 'logo'?
    Is that royal crest protected in some way?
