You're right - not sure (obviously) precisely what version it is. Just know it was brand new in Dec 2021. What I find obscene is the electric closing doors - lazy or what?!sammynunes said:

Bet he paid for it up front all at once too. No finance, no HPI, none of the malarkey that the hoi polloi endure. Got to do these things in style!#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660 -
One reason for popularity with surfer types is that from the T25/T3 model onward there was optional 4wd (the "syncro" model) with up to three diff locks. Very handy for negotiating beaches without getting stuck as the 4wd system is very good.
I've never actually needed the diff locks in my T25 Caravelle syncro when I've been driving it up muddy hills, or on snow covered roads.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
A relative of ours was showing us his beautiful restored air cooled van. He said his son was borrowing it to go to Devon and he was really worried. We agreed it was a bit dodgy letting a youngster borrow it. "Oh no I am worried because there are hills in Devon and it can',t get up hills".Ectophile said:JGB1955 said:My son recently bought a brand new VW T5.. £50K...it's what demand demands!
I would rather buy a beautifully restored air-cooled one, for less money than that.2 -
The ID Buzz is insanely popular and the waiting list is huge. VW have struck gold there having missed the boat on their electric family cars.

My old VW has the same problem! SORN just now but it prefers the East Midlands. My son has plans to covert it to electric if it can be made structurally sound. Given his job I'm confident he can do it but whether it will be roadworthy or more suitable for a race track we shall seeIbrahim5 said:
