Is anyone having problems accessing or completing surveys recently? The last 6 or so i've had notification for have all had Survey Closed, Full or Not eligible messages, even though i start the same day as soon as i check and see the email.

I have completed 2 in the past week, and been screened out of a few others.0

I find these frustrating. You have to go through the audio and visual checks as well as answering the "have you been to Antartica?" set of questions, before you even get to the screening questions. More often than not I am then screened out. Why they can't use your date of birth on the first screen to select the right age group is annoying.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages, student & coronavirus Boards, money saving boards. I am always surprised when people say they get a load of surveys as I hardly seem to get any.
I've just been through my emails and the entirety of the ones I've been offered recently are:
June 21st - £3 - completely successfully
June 20th - £2 - screened out
June 8th - £3 - screened out
May 31st - £4 - screened out
May 23rd - £3 - screened out
May 19th - £2 - completed successfully
May 18th - £3 - screened out
I delete emails when no longer needed so I don't have history beyond the last six weeks or so. But I logged onto my Y Live account to see what I'd been paid for and apart from the two above, I was also paid for:
March 16th - £2
March 3rd - £2
March 1st - £3
So, £12 in three months.
My last £50 payout was in March 2022 and it had taken me 16 months to accumulate that, and I tried to complete every survey as soon as I saw the notification. Some were simply closed by the time I accessed them, and some I was screened out of. But it sounds like I am only getting a fraction of the number of surveys that some people seem to get.
I remember getting excited about one which asked if I had been an executor of a will within the last 5 years - yes! Maybe I can complete this one! It then went on to ask if the will had involved a charitable donation at which point when I said no the predictable 'we are sorry but...' message popped up.

They come in fits and starts for me.
Loads then none at all for a few weeks.
I last got £50 in December & April, currently have 48 points.1 -

While there longer 20 minute surveys seem to fit the £1 for 5 minutes statement. The ones that should only take 5 minutes nearly always end up at 12/13 minutes! I often wonder if they don’t include all those initial questions you get on most of the surveys in that 5 minutes!4

I don't follow your logic. If the initial questions were included in the suggested survey time, why would they have to pay out anything if one failed to qualify?silvercar said:fly-catchers said:While there longer 20 minute surveys seem to fit the £1 for 5 minutes statement.
