I have been told by builders that Valuation was completed yesterday morning.0 -
Your valuation was done the same day as mine and my MB said I should hear by the latest tomorrow. So if we are on the same timeline we should hear by then hopefully. 🙏🏼 for good news!Nishyep said:

I have got an update saying that still waiting for valuation report and provided me their contact number.
Surveyor team are waiting for some additional documents from builders as its new build and they were shut yesterday.
I have chased builders today another couple of days tension.

Nope nothing. The only update I’ve had today is that TSB are still reviewing the valuation. This has taken almost a month! I was told I’d hear back today - but more waiting. It’s getting tiresome nowNishyep said:@goldhair86

We had an amendment to property price and TSB requested an updated proof of deposit despite no change. Took 2 days for mortgage broker to let us know and then another 3 days for TSB to respond requesting address format to match postal address for this document.
Anyone able to offer insight into how TSB review things? Do they do one thing at a time (request document, review and tick and then the next thing)? Or do they request all documents required at the same time?
I’m wondering whether we will have more documents requested after this is satisfied or we’ll have an offer.Once they have all updated documents do they then do a final round of underwriting or is it the same team checking documents who can proceed with offer?0 -
You can call tsb intermediates and they were very helpful with my application with the status.thelastofman said:We had an amendment to property price and TSB requested an updated proof of deposit despite no change. Was yours through a broker? I thought they don’t speak to you directly if you have a broker?Nishyep said:
