TSB Mortgages... How long is normal to wait?

Hi there
Am currently trying to buy my first home through Shared Ownership.
Last week I got my DIP with TSB through my broker who then submitted all the paperwork on Thursday morning. I was told that TSB are usually pretty quick at getting a decision together but as of yet I haven't heard anything and no hard search has been done (I've checked CheckMyFIle).
I know it is still very early but I was just wondering if they haven't done the hard search yet, is that a bad sign or am I just waiting in a queue somewhere. I'm so impatient and applying for this mortgage is without a doubt one of the most stressful things I've ever done in my life!
Has anyone got any idea of what kind of time frame I'm looking at?

@goldhair86 TSB are currently taking (on average, yours may be less or more) about 8 working days to underwrite applications once a full application is submitted. You can see the current service levels herehttps://intermediary.tsb.co.uk/
I wouldn't read anything into the lack/presence of a hard search, it doesn't always update automatically.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi @goldhair86...I am also on the same boat.
have you heard anything back from TSB yet.
I have got DIP and full application was done on 27/06 through MB for the new build property and valuation is booked for 13th July.
I am just curious about the timelines.

Just seems like a long time! My application was submitted the 23rd June, so you’re doing much better than I am! Good luck though, hope it all goes well0 -
