    Thank you for the reply.

nope @florang1117...My valuations is booked for tomorrow.
fingers crossed...your valuation was done on 27th June and you are still waiting for the offer?

    is it new house?
Not a new build. I saw some comments in Fb that some applicants already wait for 6 weeks and even 2 months…. I am still waiting :(

Oh no! I don't think my sanity can hold out much longer! My timeline so far goes like this:

23/06 - DIP given and full application submitted via broker
24/06 - Hard search carried out
    24/06 - Valuation instructed
13/07 - Valuation booked for today

I had submitted all my bank statements, payslips etc etc to my broker and so far TSB haven't asked for anything else. When I spoke to the broker I asked if TSB do the underwriting before booking the valuation and he said he thought that they did. So, I'm hoping and praying that if the valuation goes well today then it shouldn't be too long before they let me know the verdict! The waiting is painful!! I'm buying a new build and I had read somewhere that sometimes valuations are quicker on these ones than older houses.

MB said they rejected my application. That makes no sense, I used another MB and apply Halifax

No nothing yet! Valuation took place and my MB called me the next day to say I should hear back by latest on Tuesday 19th. Just keeping everrything crossed now. Almost at the last hurdle! Have you heard anything?
