The appeal portals automatically default to driver. If you click keeper, then change something else, it WILL default back to driver, so do all changes first, then double, triple, quadruple check that keeper is still selected, then take your screenshot, then hit submit, ideally whilst taking a video record.

OK so I've been issued the sane letter again dated August and had another 100 charge for processing from my lease company

The fine reference is the same. What should I do ?

Your lease firm is charging a HUNDRED QUID per letter?!  Or a tenner, like you told us before?

Complain and tell Lex that an appeal is underway and that this is the same PCN and you damn well hope they haven't paid it in error because it is no longer their liability. They already transferred liability for this one.

And complain to the BPA, if you have an appeal in showing your personal name and YOUR address as hirer, yet instead of stopping work and dealing with your appeal, UKPC has issued a demand to the lease firm again who transferred liability weeks ago, who are de facto NOT in the picture any more.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And raise a formal dispute/complaint re. the additional charge from Lex.

    I've complained to bpa

    Spoke to lex

Ukpc doesn't have an option to speak.

Do I appeal again online and in writing with My original letter and an update that this was being dealt with or will this cause issue?

I've submitted the same letter online- with an update about it being reissued again

Lex say ukpc "have twice failed to contact me"

Do not try to speak with UKPC - keep everything in writing. I'd suggest the same for Lex - other than recorded calls (if they do so) then you have no proof of what was communicated via a phone call.

    You can email them:

    appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.com

Tell them that you've reported them to the BPA.  Should prompt them to cancel.
