I get very, very antsy about putting anything off, it's almost a compulsion.  As you would see were I to put the real dates on the shared WS.  Everything is on the day or within 24 hours. with responses and requests from me.

I've now said it more than once.

You just wanted me to explain my thought process.  :)

Is my thought process above incorrect, besides having a moment at the end there?  I have nothing to lose by letting them see it early.  all the evidence is there, even in the claim they have put to the courts and the gladstones dashboard.
The advice hasn't changed. We know you are feeling very sure about your case but the advice is to provide your WS as late as possible. "Poker face" is a term I would use in this instance.

    Hi experts

I've received the WS through from Gladstones/the Claimant.  They have kindly attached the agreement between themselves and the landowner in an attempt to disprove my defence that they do not have the right to litigate in their own name.

According to the agreement in place, they are members of the BPA and operate to their AOS.  Am I correct in thinking that being as they are IPC members and never updated their contract with the landowner, that the agreement is now void?

I am happy to be held to the BPA terms, they use POPLA who in all likelihood, would have upheld my appeal.  I am really hoping my thinking is correct here, as it is a wonderful slap of irony to critique understanding my own defence when they do not even understand their own response to it.

It isn't void; it's not that simple.  Both the BPA and IPC are Trade Bodies so I don't think it's important. You can point it out in your WS briefly but it won't be a silver bullet.

That's great news and a cause for celebration. However, can you please pad out the details of your day in court? What did the judge actually say? Whilst you say Gladrags didn't show up, did they send a rep to argue on their behalf?

    Which court and which judge?
