I get very, very antsy about putting anything off, it's almost a compulsion. As you would see were I to put the real dates on the shared WS. Everything is on the day or within 24 hours. with responses and requests from me.

I've now said it more than once.

Oh I'll take the advice, and thank you kindly for it KeithP
You just wanted me to explain my thought process.0 -
MadMunk said:Is my thought process above incorrect, besides having a moment at the end there? I have nothing to lose by letting them see it early. all the evidence is there, even in the claim they have put to the courts and the gladstones dashboard.1

Yup, as above, message understood and thanks to Keith.
I appreciate the advice and will follow it.0 -
Hi experts
I've received the WS through from Gladstones/the Claimant. They have kindly attached the agreement between themselves and the landowner in an attempt to disprove my defence that they do not have the right to litigate in their own name.
According to the agreement in place, they are members of the BPA and operate to their AOS. Am I correct in thinking that being as they are IPC members and never updated their contract with the landowner, that the agreement is now void?
I am happy to be held to the BPA terms, they use POPLA who in all likelihood, would have upheld my appeal. I am really hoping my thinking is correct here, as it is a wonderful slap of irony to critique understanding my own defence when they do not even understand their own response to it.0 -
It isn't void; it's not that simple. Both the BPA and IPC are Trade Bodies so I don't think it's important. You can point it out in your WS briefly but it won't be a silver bullet.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi experts
I attended court today, proceedings went very much in my favour. Between primacy of contract, breach of the PAP and general underhanded deviousness on behalf of PCM and Gladstone's, my defence alone destroyed them regardless of any further evidences in my witness statement.
The judge was very gentle, Gladstone's didn't even attend. Despite emailing my WS to the court, the judge had not even received it. This caused a little confusion but I had the hard copy and all evidences with me and was able to demonstrate the finer points of PAP breaches in person. It was agreed that this vexatious pursuance of an older claim in lieu of the correct one was intentional misdirection.
Thanks to your resources for template defence, witness statement, cases the operators rely on etc, I have been able to equip myself to utterly destroy these hoodwinking crooks in a fair and impartial court of law even without my witness statement being received in advance of the hearing.
I want to thank @Coupon-mad especially for all your tips and assistance. Your help has been so valuable. What you do, the amount of people you must help, the word phenomenal comes to mind. Please keep doing what you are doing. For folks like myself, you are truly awesome. Give yourself a pat on the back, a hug and a peck on the cheek from me. Hell, I owe you dinner if ever you're in the neighbourhood
If there is anything I can do now that my case is settled with regards to defence, WS, or any formal court documentation I have not yet received, please let me know and I will share redacted copies.
To all those out there fighting your cause.. Do not give up! You are in the right if you have a case similar to mine, you will win! Just be persistent and don't give in to their bullying.7 -
That's great news and a cause for celebration. However, can you please pad out the details of your day in court? What did the judge actually say? Whilst you say Gladrags didn't show up, did they send a rep to argue on their behalf?
Which court and which judge?2
