Easyjet not responding to Resolver tool

Easyjet cancelled flight last minute and left us stranded at midnight with no accommodation etc. I've tried using resolver tool but they didn't even bother responding, 12 days have passed and I was able to escalate it today but not getting my hopes up. I was just wondering if anyone has had any joy with resolver tool and Easyjet recently?

Ideally want to resolve it myself rather than getting solicitor that will take almost a 50% fee.

Previous threads on here state that easyJet do not respond to Resolver raised complaints and you need to contact them directly (sometimes they appear to reply stating that only to Resolver)

Stop using Resolver.  That’s more an escalation tool. First make a normal claim application. It is not difficult. Details on the airline website and easy to complete online form.

I did that via website however I wasn't satisfied with outcome so wanted to take it further.

Your original post read that you went straight to Resolver. Also that not much time had passed.
Have Easyjet rejected your expense claim then? This might happen if receipts were not provided or if the expenditure was not 'reasonable'.

Does anyone have any idea of the lead time in easyJet responding to claims made on their website? I made one three weeks ago and it still says it is being reviewed when I'm tracking it.

Does the Track my claim (easyjet.com) tool not give a Claim Decision Date?  I think this is usually 28 days from the claim submission.  Given the amount of claims easyJet are dealing with right now I wouldn't expect them to be getting back to you much sooner.  To be honest I'm expecting my claims to take longer.

No, it just has the following message:

    Claim Received
We've received your claim and one of our team is reviewing it. We'll be in touch soon.

But yes, I was expecting to wait a while!
