So big day mk II this morning and pleased to say I won!

After the Claimant's rep gave their argument, I gave 5 key points and it was signage that won the day as the Judge ruled that the signage was contradictory (Permit holders only at main entrance vs other rules elsewhere) and the Claimant had spammed a load of pictures of signs across the site but given no indication as to where these were located so she was unable on balance to say if signage was present on the street I was on. (My photo showed there wasn't, or at least not easily visible as you couldn't see it in the picture)

Was surprised that she dismissed the unfair contract terms and redacted contract but you only need 1 key point to win the day and there it was.

Big thank you to @Coupon-mad and many others who helped with this one - hoping that this is completely done now and can move on.

Yay - get stuffed, Capital Car Park Control and DCB Legal.  Unusual for the latter to proceed to a hearing but maybe because I think this was a 2 PCN claim?

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Well done you.  I thought that Jopson v HomeGuard would win in your case, as your situation of loading/unloading at residential premises matched that persuasive case.

But as you say, it only takes ones point to win.

Yes - probably because it was a 2 PCN claim, they went with it. Unlike the first hearing in Feb, I received an offer to settle before this one which made me think a possible late discontinuance was on the way but prepared anyway for a court date.

Judge stated that I was loading/unloading for a long period of time (c.2 hours) I was parked so Jopson v HomeGuard was distinguished.

Sounds like she considered everything (good)  and anyway, you won!
