I don't see even a word from the forum template appeal. This is not the template appeal from the NEWBIES thread. I recognise none of it and IMHO it is so wordy, it's not clear and obvious what you are saying.
It's fine of course to write an appeal in your own words but that draft looks like it comes from a bad template from elsewhere?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The PPC is unlikely to respond to all the stuff you've cobbled together. Just use the blue text forum template (NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post) and add the bit about the retailer cancellation. The first part tells them you're getting forum assistance, the second part they should take notice and action the retailers requirement for cancellation. Don't over-complicate things, it just doesn't achieve anything positive.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
