Just tried it again, still works for me. Give it another go.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Double dipping case at Morrisons, couple in their 80s receive £100 pcn
Parkmaven allege the couple's car was parked for 3 hrs and 44 mins, exceeding the store’s two-hour limit.
However, the couple say they made two separate visits to the Norwich store that day. The woman shopped in the morning, her husband in the pm. Parkmaven's ANPR camera have missed the vehicle leaving in the morning and re-entering in the afternoon.
The couple spoke to Morrisons store manager who said he'd try and get the ticket cancelled, but the final decision was not his as Morrisons don't own the car park.
The couple have submitted an appeal to Parkmaven.
Another one to add to the ANPR ERROR LIST

Good viewing (despite the "Fine" word several times) and confusing use of ANPR with councils. All the comments are saying what we on this forum have been saying for years and what the COP tried to do. The MHCLG should have their eyelids taped open and be forced to watch it and read all the comments from motorists.

At the end of this article Isaac Occhipinti, of the British Parking Association, which represents operators, said: 'We are committed to working alongside the CMA and will carefully consider its findings and implement any recommendations where appropriate.'
Euro Car Parks was approached for a comment…😶

The Humber Bridge Board has been told it should not have fined a motorist whose registration details mistakenly included Os instead of zeroes.
To avoid confusion Tony Hughes said he always said zero and never O when saying his private registration plate, which begins Y700.
The RAC Senior policy officer said: "The difference between a zero and a letter O shouldn't make any difference, and the DVLA has previously said there is no legal distinction between the two characters.
