You will be surprised what people in and around the forums know about the internal goings on of the parking industry. How easy it is to get information out of various operators and members of staff. Certain legal people at certain parking firms are not as popular as they think they are.
In addition the fact you state you have you ducks in a row does not change the fact you are beatable in court and without a huge amount of stress

As it should also be on private land. I would prefer to get a windscreen ticket as I am sure almost everyone here would too.
According to Smart's earnings call it is a legal requirement in Denmark, although of course thhey are trying hard to get this changed.
But notices on windscreens alert drivers too soon. Why tell a driver they have made a mistake straight away when you can let them make the same mistake multiple times before the first charge arrives through their letterbox? Oh yes £££Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Well that's a rather cryptic answer 'ducks'???What 'ducks' are you talking about Kaizen2024?
Do you want to share what the true situation is?
You know we don't only rely on this forum's info.

let me Google it for you:
"Get your ducks in a row" is an idiom meaning to be thoroughly organized, prepared, and to have all necessary details in order before initiating a task or projectIt signifies setting up resources, plans, or actions to ensure efficiency and success, often used when preparing for a challenging situation.”

🤷♂️ so your answer is judge's don't award the £70 debt fees because of PPCs and legals sloppy work.
You seem reluctant to share on here your and ?others successes in this department. Maybe it's for MHCLG eyes only.

Yes and with the right actions then it is fairly easily to deal with parking tickets from your company. This is well known within various circles. Any company that uses DCBL is easy to manage at the right stage.

Euro Car Parks rejected a disabled man's appeal even though he provided copy of his Blue Badge and bank statements showing purchases at the Shopping Park stores
Simon Brown, 41, has poor mobility due to arthritis in his ankles and a serious back condition. The family overstayed ECP's 3hr parking limit by 23mins.
He said private parking rules did not take into account the extra time often needed by disabled people but, in a statement, Isaac Occhipinti, head of external affairs at the BPA, said "all members must comply with its Code of Practice, which includes requirements on fairness and equality."
“The formal appeals process is critical, as it is the first opportunity for a motorist to highlight their mitigating circumstances, including details relating to a disability or illness,” he said.
“In line with the Code of Practice, parking operators take that information into consideration carefully and sensitively during the appeals process."
Well Mr Occhipinti your AOS member Euro Car Parks didn't do that for Simon Brown.
Simon said "they shut me down, wouldn’t acknowledge me or my evidence." "I had no voice." "There’s no empathy."
Mr Brown said he paid the £150 out of concern it would continue to rise.
He added: "We ultimately paid the escalating charge to escape the mounting stress and debt threats, but the sadness, anxiety and deep sense of injustice remain."
"A simple shopping trip, a hungry toddler, a disabled parent doing his best – none of it mattered to the system."
As Coupon-mad would say The BPA must be so proud.
