Do you want to share what the true situation is?

You know we don't only rely on this forum's info.

let me Google it for you:

"Get your ducks in a row" is an idiom meaning to be thoroughly organized, prepared, and to have all necessary details in order before initiating a task or project

It signifies setting up resources, plans, or actions to ensure efficiency and success, often used when preparing for a challenging situation.”

🤷‍♂️ so your answer is judge's don't award the £70 debt fees because of PPCs and legals sloppy work.

You seem reluctant to share on here your and ?others successes in this department. Maybe it's for MHCLG eyes only.
