It's UKPC with zero grace period this time:
A ‘Grace Period’ does not apply to this case, only a ‘Consideration Period’ which ended when it was clear that the driver was not considering the terms of the contract.

Any comments on the other atrocities highlighted by @Coupon-mad earlier? Huh?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The UKPC article c-mad posted said "A spokesman for The Long Beach Estate, which owns The Sandsgate Bar, confirmed the business was in contact with UK Parking Control Ltd to adjust parameters so the cameras only trigger a penalty after 10 minutes."

Wonder if UKPC will carryout the Landowner wishes or continue with their own wishes to generate more income for themselves.

Yep just seen it - ironically I was in a meeting about it - but I will be on holiday from this afternoon so over to everyone to muster responses. At first glance it doesn't look great... but we need a thread about it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
