    Do you think this is the tenant that is p*ssed off his home is being sold, so whilst the EA was trying to take photos, he did his best to photobomb as many as possible?

    This thread is a great example of why the estate agents did this.  It looks like it has been a very successful strategy.

    People will remember the listing. People will talk about the listing with their other-halves, with family, with friends.


    Somebody might look at 25 Rightmove listings in a day - but this will probably be the one that sticks in their mind the most.

    As a result, a few extra people might be intrigued enough to view it, and it might then be slightly more likely to get an offer.
