Haha this is hilarious! Why is he in almost every photo of the house and in nearly every location on the video!
I started checking the other properties from the agent to see if this was their 'marketing style' but rest of them are normal, so must be the vendor came to them and said "Right I have an amazing idea that'll help the house sell in no time" and then insisted he be pictured in most of the rooms and play a starring role in the video
