Is this fix to NextOnlineV14 worth it or not?

I'm currently on Next Flex which is the top one, and I'm being offered the fix for NextOnlineV14.

I think (haven't checked) that V13 is better than V15, but is menat to have been withdrawn. If you can still get V13 it could well be worth taking it.
