Is this fix to NextOnlineV14 worth it or not?

Is is how useful eon next support is.
I sent a screenshot of the plan in the linked thread.
My question was 'May I please be offered this plan, or receive an explanation why I am not eligible?'.
Their reply was simply:
'These are the plans we offer, tell !e which one you would like'
And a simple copy paste of the plans I can already select through my account.
So it looks like I will have to use the phone, though I'm not sure anyone will have any idea about it.0 -

So I got one thats a bit less as the pricing is based on area:

Gas is a tiny bit higher which I don't care about as I barely use it, and the electricity is fixed before the price hike in October.
If anything does get cheaper, theres no exit fees.1 -
Superb and that's the most you can ask for at the moment to be happy with your decisions👍👍Bhavv said:So I got one thats a bit less as the pricing is based on area:

Yes it just means paying more for 3.5 months to fix the price for October which I decided was worth it for this price.0

Slightly OT but why the massive standing charges?0
-
The standing charges are actually the same as SVR, just the unit prices are different, so no bother with those.diystarter7 said:Slightly OT but why the massive standing charges?0 -
They’re normal for Standing Charges nowadays. I’m guessing you’re still on an old fixed tariff.diystarter7 said:Slightly OT but why the massive standing charges?0 -
They're in line with the standard variable standing charges, which are where they are for the reasons given here:diystarter7 said:Slightly OT but why the massive standing charges?

I'm an existing Eon Next Flex customer but cannot seem to find the Next Online v15 one-year fix mentioned in the recent MSE newsletter. The site only shows me v13 one-year fix?0
