I don’t know if phone conversations can be used as evidence in court. I have feeling you have to let the party know the conversation is being recorded first.2

BWLegal and Parking&Property Management have confirmed that the case is closed.
They never said anything about the transfer of liability or my change of address, but it seems like they don't deal with addresses overseas.

We assume after reading the forum quite widely, you know a bit about the upcoming Public Consultation about the level of parking charges, and how important it is that victims like you respond (because you were one, until you turned the tables)?
We ALL need to weigh in when the Government opens the Consultation.
