All that drama and it comfortably fitted in the boot. It folded in the middle quite easily. 

I love my Fiesta. Technically a "micro" car but I've managed to fit all sorts in there.

Aren't mattresses supposed to be fire-resistant?  Can't see it burning very easily - and even if it did, I bet it made a right old pong

More drama. I put the sofa in the car after being told by the delivery company that the mattress will arrive in an hour. Turns out the delivery company is the most sketchy I've seen and now the order is coming on Wednesday. So, I've had to drag the mattress out of the car, across the pavement, front garden and back on the bed......
