How can I Walk into supermarkets and buy shopping anonymously when cash becomes extinct?
I don't want to use my bank card and be tracked and traced.
What is wrong with these silly daft sheep humans? , they all love being tracked and traced by using their card.
Yes ! I know we can't beat the big brother surveillance, but why make it easy!
And before anyone says that I'm give out my location on here, I use VPN and a pay as you go phone

Using a VPN does not stop your browsing from being tracked back to an individual, so most likely you are being tracked, you just don't know it.
By all means take reasonable measures but don't for one second believe you are avoiding being tracked in some form.
The vast majority of people don't want the hassle and are not objecting to passive tracking. There is nothing wrong with this and some will even actively give their information if they believe the reward is to their advantage.
As for your question, it is highly unlikely supermarkets will stop tacking cash for a long while so probably not a concern for at least the next decade.
Barter economy?
Allotment?
Yurt in Scotland?
The world’s your lobster. Unless you’re paying for it by card, obviously?
Yep if you don't want to be tracked then loyalty cards do far more tracking than bank cards would.
Many many businesses are going cash only though, it reduces their insurance bill, less time and effort and lower cost to bank it all. So although cash won't go away for some time, there will be many places that refuse to accept it.
The newer notes not bad but it makes me cringe when touching money/notes when I recall people at work, public toilets having a number two and not washing their hands never mind a number one. Then I see people with their finger up their nostrils and wipe on their clothing or, (sorry about this) a few months back as I drove in nose to tail traffic a man put his thing on one nostril, blew out a massive greenie and then shook his hand to clean it and then spat on the ground - these are the same people that handle the money we could touch or the door handles at shops/etc.
I did not feel as disgusted before Covid re touching money etc but I guess Covid and most of us semi-forced into contactless transactions etc has driven me over the edge.
Before you spend, remember the MSE Money Mantras. Ask yourself, do I need it? Can I afford it? If the answer is NO to any of those questions, DON’T buy it. (Quote from MSE 15/11/22)
