    Another qui k question regarding apoca. Today someone showed me their pcns. One was just over 14 days the other just under. So will admit keeper liability for one I guess.
    Keeper liability doesn't just hang on the Date of Issue shown on the NtK. It doesn't necessarily pay to guess. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    The NEWBIES thread already tells you APCOA never use the POFA wording.  I mean NEVER have, ever.

    Forget the 14 days.  It's not OK to send any old piece of paper within 14 days and call it a POFA NTK!
