Jenni_D said:I agree - this isn't to do with a PCN, it's something else. (The amount of £100.32 doesn't bear any resemblance to a usual amount claimed in relation to a PCN).
Did matron cancel the DD for an insurance policy before it had been fully paid up?The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.

Hi again. I have asked matron to send a SARS request to this company as she is certain it's for a pcn.
I am going to send her an appropriate SARS template letter to use later on tomorrow as working in theatres at present and want to go to on call room asap. Will update anything I learn. The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.

SAR, not SARS.
Matron will need to include proof of non-photo' ID with the request.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
You submit a SAR (Subject Access Request) you don't request a request!1

This is not about a Private parking charge I'm sorry matron is just stabbing in the dark with that one.Neither company is registered with a Parking ATA, the claim is for a strange amount, there are none of the usual add ons, the description is for services supplied, and looking in to both companies one is a highly respected insurance company, the other is a highly rated large solicitors, with a well organised debt recovery arm used by pukka companies not two bit dozy PPC's.As already stated the PPC's that have been on site are usual suspects with no link to these. In fact to expedite things personally in this instance I would telephone them even though we never recommend that.4

Ok she hasn't sent the sar yet. Will mention about the photo proof.
Have explained to her that this may we'll be something else and needs checking. She did have her insurance and bank details cloned recently.

Another qui k question regarding apoca. Today someone showed me their pcns. One was just over 14 days the other just under. So will admit keeper liability for one I guess. In the photos sent it shows the car driving into a carpark and I think out but not parked anywhere. Does not have time entered and time left.
Going to use that as no evidence car was parked.
Thanks as always. The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
