There's often a lot of discussion generated when these comps are posted, about them not working for certain folks. Just to mention, when I went onto the app to enter this I couldn't see it initially - but it is there in the rewards section - it just had the title 'Win Big With Charles Tyrwhitt' 

Just in case anyone else misses the obvious like I did
