Latest issue with my card is that I spotted a small purchase at a retailer in a nearby airport at 6.45am on a day when I was tucked up in bed. Several calls to customer service on hold for an hour and was asked about 10 times if I had made the spend as it was showing as the actual card being used. They said they could do nothing and I should contact the retailer - tried but impossible to get any sense from a national retailer for such a small amount.
I have been in touch with Chase but it's radio silence so I've withdrawn my savings and reduced my debit account to zero just in case the cards been cloned.
I was in the airport over a month earlier but surely it wouldn't take so long for a purchase to be debited?0 -

In the early days of my Chase account, I thought I'd managed to get free travel when my train ticket purchase didn't appear on my feed.
It did so a few days later, but timed as THAT time and date, not the time/date when originally transacted.0 -

Could you have used your Chase card?
Does the transaction show from that time?
I often go through the unknown transaction panic, but > 99% of the time it is a real transaction, but delayed, or with an odd vendor name (or just a forgotten purchase).

A search for the vender name (from the latest transaction) should easily show these.
It could be a delay, an error, or possibly something more nefarious.0 -
