Sure okay. And should I CC in the Claimants representative too? With the text block that's too large, I was considering elaborating on the email but not sure if this is a good approach.Le_Kirk said:
If you are following the 12-steps from the template defence or if you received a post from @KeithP you would have that you send it to the same e-mail address as your defence.AndreasA said:Thanks a lot! Found a form-fillable PDF online if that's what you were referring to? Just need clarification on where to submit it? Is there an online portal for it? I've just had all my bookmarks etc wiped so can't recall.0 -
You already know - it's the last sentence on your Directions Questionnaire - that you must send a copy of your completed DQ to the other party.AndreasA said:

Sending a different version to that sent to the CCBC might not be a good idea.1 -
If you are using a pdf editor, you can just overlay a text box over the D1 box and paste the text into that. I have found the 9pt Arial fits nicely.AndreasA said:

Hi everyone.
I got an update finally, and it sounds positive from what I can gather, however I am struggling to interpret the message here a bit.
Says the Claim is Struck Out, which I take to mean this is done and dusted?
Am I interpreting that right?

Yes, that's the correct interpretation.
However, paragraph 2 does give the Claimant the opportunity to challenge that Judgment.
I would expect them to have done so.1 -
Thanks for confirming that.KeithP said:Yes, that's the correct interpretation.

Not out of the woods yet then. Guess it's just sitting tight and seeing what happens now.0 -
I don't think they can/will. There is no wriggle room. There's nothing they cam come back with because the Judge is not wrong.
This is a win - yay!We can also use that judgment to help others. I might even edit a quote from that specific judgment into the Template Defence.
Very useful, thank you. The template defence worked. Judges are seeing the issues.
Can you clarify: was this a Gladstones claim?
Could you show us the Particulars of Claim? The narrative on the left if the claim form, please? Interested to see how bad they were. Cover your VRM only. Don't show the whole claim form, just the POC on the left.
AND CONGRATS!
