I'm sure they'd have said those were caused by E10 tooDB1904 said:
Halfords told me I needed new discs and pads, four new shocks and four new tyres. I didn't.Oh_Daesu said:
This is what the garage has told me, Apparently loads of Zafira's are coming in with the same issues caused by E10.Grumpy_chap said:How did you establish that the vehicle is not compatible with E10 petrol?
How did you establish that the damage is associated with the E10 petrol?
Did you review the guidance on the Vauxhall website?

Ironically, Halfords sell an additive for E10 to make it suitable for older engines.
I live in the middle of nowhere, own a thirsty old car that runs on super unleaded, never struggled to find fuel. Tesco Momentum, Shell V Power, BP Ultimate, all suitable, there must be others too?
As others have said, find a proper garage, Halfords would probably be my very last choice.1 -
I'm not sure where this stuff even comes from, but it's nothing to do with fuel. I have family at RBR.Benny2020 said:Supposedly its E10 that has made the Red Bull F1 car unreliable.0 -
It comes from the PlanetF1 website, i have family that work at Stonehenge but it doesn't make me a Druid?1

I'd guess your family know all about Stonehenge if they work there, as mine knows all about RBR as they work there.Benny2020 said:It comes from the PlanetF1 website, i have family that work at Stonehenge but it doesn't make me a Druid?
It doesn't make me an F1 driver but it does mean I know some of the reasons behind the failures and E10 Fuel has absolutely nothing to do with it.0
