Funnily enough I am mid application for a job doing admin for a child music class. It's a few hours a week. Not sure I have the brain power for applications though - my working memory is shot these days. I'm going to set up a cv in notion which will be historical so I don't have to keep remembering things.

Good luck with finding work. Are you planning to stay back in Scotland now or are you still taking things very much as they come?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I'm just going to see where the road takes me I think, SH. I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to get involved in things I'm interested in and see if I can spin work out of it. I'll keep applying but at the moment it feels like rats gnawing at my brain.
I did go out and do deliveries this evening for which I earned £28.96. It just covered the cost of the car hire with a little bit over so more investigation needed for that.
Emotional overload this morning after a fraught stay at my sister's. I was too low to begin with I think and several incidents just knocked me for six. I booked a car this afternoon both as a test run and also a treat as I went out to a vintage Warehouse for a nosy. I only bought a stool for a tenner so I am not bankrupt. Although there was an old weighted drafting table and a writing desk to called my name.2 -
The vintage Warehouse aren't looking for staff, are they? The work with the music class could be good, but the right thing will come along eventually, whether it's that or something else.
It sounds as though you are pushing yourself quite hard, and you really are still in very early days so things will take their toll more than usual. Nearly £30 is good going though, especially on top of being stressed over visiting your sister.
What's the stool like?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

It does sound like an eclectic mix of activities would suit you best. Good luck with finding something.

I could sign on but I had a bit of a traumatic experience the last time so I'm wary.
I did apply for disability but I don't know if I'll get it.
I think it's a family business from the sounds of things Cherry, I think workers are recruited from the gene pool 🤣🤣🤣
Also can you imagine me and my current clumsiness in a space with expensive stuff?!?!
I did get an interview for a job as a pupil support assistant but it is not until August 🤷

The stool is standard height, metal legs with wooden seat. I think I'll paint the legs.2

Monsieur stool. I am contemplating painting the legs orange

Post sorting madness

Cleaned and sorted into category. Top two are interesting books to read. Third is Mind and Body. Fourth art and architecture. 5th gardens and sustainability as well as reference. I've gone a bit off piste and put magazines in with the books which I'm not sure I like.
